100

On a different note, I couldn't understand ECB's proposal for new 100 format.

There is a natural progression from five day Tests to one day ODIs and finally to T20.

When T20 introduced, it was exciting because the entire match will be completed in 3-4 hours - ideally an half day match.

Now what change or progression will 100 provide in comparison to T20?

almost everybody sat through all the 100 overs till T20 came. Once a more truncated version comes like 100 ball or F5 match, the same question will be asked about T20.

test cricket is like doing a ethical job/busines
ODI is like going together for good reasonable outing with family
but T20 is having fast food
IPL is like going and wasting money in casino

When I was in school. Late nineties. Those were crazy and golden days for cricket. Then came IPL and people like Lalit Modi, Srinivasan and cricket became a business.
