I sincerely feel Virat an exceptional batsman is not so good a captain like his predecessors. He should follow Sachin & relinquish captaincy and concentrate on hos batting both with RCB & Indian cricket team. He might have won few series with the team he inherited, but will not be in a position to sustain the tempo in long run. Finally, when he fails with bat due to a dip in form, he wont be in a position to comeback, if continued as a captain. Lets not loos a good batsman!

Cricket is a game of team and not one man's show. Virat is performing and cannot be held responsible for failure of some others.
Ithink, in international T20 matches, Virat has Dhoni as a guide and mentor. Dhoni is a quick thinker and changes tactics to suit the occasion. Virat is unable to do so due to the short time-frame of the T20 where as he has enough time in one day matches and 5-day tests to adopt to the situation.
Virat should also step down for captaincy like Gautam gambhir. As they could not lead the team successfully in IPL matches. AB diviller should now to come forward and take a lead of RCB team.

every arrogancy has a fall , it was shown buy pakistan in firnals of CT 2017.kohli is lucky not to be sacked after that perfromance and failure, any other captain would have been sacked. WC finals is also in engalnd next year,if he does not mend ways, his arrogancy can lead to doom and downfall.
Even great batsmen like Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin, Dravid, Kumble, Chris Llyod, Richards etc. got down from their respective captaincies when things were not working before for them anybody asking them, what is wrong with Kohli then ? Of course, he is one of the great contemporary batsman and nobody can deny that. Everything will not be cake for everybody in life. For the sake of the team, it is better for him to step down.

It appears that Virat has not taken his captaincy role seriously for RCB. However for every lose he has a different reasons to put the blame on his players.
