"Steve Waugh's request to forgive the cheats". This is the laughing stock of the Aussie Cricket at present.

Steve waugh comments on caussie cheating
by J Swaminathan on Mar 27, 2018 02:26 PM

Not surprised by Steve Waugh's request to forgive the cheats. Had australians showed similar consideration for tainted sportsmen> THey had the guts to do that knowing that cameras can caught them. They chose a junior so that chances of focus is less. What are Steve's views on earlier actions by other countrymen. What is point in accepting after getting caught in the act. Aussies should have accepted immediately when Bancroft was shown rubbing the ball suspiciously. When there is escape they accepted it. Lehmann reaction showed he is in the know.

Failed out culture?
by Sriram R on Mar 27, 2018 02:04 PM

I always thought this was typical Australian culture when on the loosing side. I still remember the blatant bias of the Australian umpires when playing in Australia when run outs by couple of feets was also not given out. Moreover their bias in judging non white players is well known

Some Australian Players Making a Serious Error of Judgement
by cm dhingra on Mar 27, 2018 01:20 PM

Strange are the Ways of Cricket which has always been called as "Gentlemen's Game"because ICC has Different Set of Rules for Players of Different Countries. If a similar Act was done by any Player of Pakistan,India or West Indies - There Might have been Direct Punishment without saying Error of Judgement. It is more Strange the fact that a Person of the calibre of Former Australian captain Steve Waugh is trying the Face Saving of Australian Players who indulged in this Unholy Act of Ball Tempering.
