For Shami, BCCI can prove that he is innocent, but for Sreeshanth even the supreme court proving his innocence does not hold water. I can't understand why we promote BCCI to be above law in India.

While Shami can be provide innocent by BCCI, Shreeshanth on the other hand proved innocent by Supreme court of India does not hold water. Why is BCCI above law in India ?
