It is a job of psychologist. If true, Abishek will become a great trainer. The players mind should be free to act depends on the situation. Captain excels when his group did well - Captains motivation and reliance make the player to perform better. If the player thinks that if I did not perform better this time, next time that I will not be in the team - this mind set affects the capablity.

Rohit Sharma is the most overrated cricketer in the present Indian team. He is there only bcoz of his lucky stars. That is why guys like DK cannot make it to the team regularly.

What about MSD. DK could never make it to the team regularly because he is a wicket keeper. No matter how well he performs or how unwell MSD performs.
