The BCCI had told this is his private life but I think provision should be made by BCCI for the players wifes if any damage is being carried on by whatsoever means, not only match fixing.
They should be suspended after police investigation reports.

Even such allegation is not at all applicable to Govt/PSU employees. BCCI is not a govt body - further it is a contract between the player and board. Whether he has done any act of mischief as per the contract between the board? is the question.Even Mrs Shami complains to BCCI she would be advised to take up the matter to concerned authorities.
The whole nation watched how sreesnath was caught in the act of fixing the match as detailed by another bookie. Also sreesanth's flashy life style was nauseating. But Shammi's case is one of domestic issue and truth could be anywhere and hence the law must take its course.Sreesanth is a done and dusted case and this country does not need him any more.

Sreeshant has been found not guilty by the Honorable Supreme Court of India and still he is treated as a guilty. Then is BCCI above law to bar him from all forms of cricket in India. In case of Shammi his lively hood depends on the game. How two standards here.

Sreesanth was in match fixing, but this maroon Shammi himself accepted taking money in Dubaifrom a Pakistani agent also played with her.
Well there seems to be difference in the way BCCI seems to be judging things. For Shami (With due respects) BCCI indicates that his lively hood depends on cricket and also IPL is a county match. I can agree with with BCCI but as far as match fixing goes it needs to be investigated. In the case of Shreeshant he was bard from playing in spite of being found not guilty by the supreme court. In the case of Shami he can play and it depends on the team and not BCCI. What is BCCI trying to prove?
