What type of coach is Chandika Hathurusingha

What type of coach is Chandika when he morally accepts defeat at the hands of Indian team. Its ok to appreciate the strength of Indian team, but as an opposite team coach, he should not be demoralizing the Sri Lanka who is already down under very badly against the full form of Indian team. And what is the use of Chandika as a coach if he cannot prepare his team atleast for a very tough fight against the opponent however strong the opposite team is. Same mistake was committed by Du Plesis for South Africa and so they lost very badly inspite of being a good team. As a coach, Chandika should have by now raised the level of Sri Lankan team. Just winning against a small team like Bangladesh would not give the confidence to put up a strong fight against India unless and until the Coach himself is strong enough, positive and instill the fighting spirit in the players and demand that the players perform well without taking the things lightly. Anyway for India, this is a cake walk win.
