I wanted dhoni to complete his 10,000 runs in ODI. Since it is done, it is time for him to hang up his boots. It is always good to retire than force to retire.
Dhoni is experienced enough to take decision.. we would definitely miss our king.If he takes retirement then Shastri should be kicked out and our and Mr. Dhoni should be the Team Manager.

No one has courage to drop MSD , not even selection committee .( As it was in the case of Sachin )
MSD himself will decide when to retire . Selection committee can only respectfully ask him about his plans , such is his immense contribution to Indian cricket .
Had he not scored that valuable & patient knock of 42 in the situation when wickets were falling at regular intervals in third ODI , Team India would not have crossed even 200 .
Its because of MSD , India had at least scored a respectable 256.
Rather , MSD should reconsider his Test retirement .
In spite of his superb track record, at this stage it is time for Dhoni to call it a day. SElectors will be making a huge blunder if they consider him for the 2019 World Cup.

It,s time-whether Dhoni calls it a day or not--BCCI has to consider replacing him with Dinesh Kartick and Rishabh Pant,we still have a year plus for the World Cup,both these players can be given sufficient chances to show & develop their skills and temperament.Let the deserving player get the World Cup cap.But continuing with MSD will be a blunder.
