dhoni played a strange innnings that cannot be explained by common sense. we have to take him seriously when he says that common sense cannot be presumed to exist with experience.. kohli defended him - but he had no other option - the 'take it deep' logic was not convincing here.. the only conclusion is that mentally he had give up and decided to use the time for batting practice

Looks like a nice little fixed encounter. After all many CM's in this country are encounter specialists.

How dare England, a country where cricket is now just the 18th most popular sport and where the game keeps sliding in popularity every passing year and where the EWCB keeps desperately offering one freebie after another to attract spectators other than drooling migrant South Asian fans for the county and international matches it conducts.........dare to beat his team ??
Dont these upstart English players know that Kohli and certain others in his team are gods for a billion plus Indians ?
Dont these Englishmen understand that those billion plus hapless citizens of India have given Kohli and others so much wealth that is light years beyond the wildest dreams of English cricketers (by drooling and watching those endless series of stuxpid advertisements where Kohli and team mates stare stuxpidly into the cameras and play inane pranks for promoting barely noticeable products or services)?
Arent these realities supposed to be so overwhelming that Englands cricketers must simply wilt on the cricket pitch instead of forgetting all about them and demonstrating their far superior physique, fitness and athleticism compared to the small built Indian cricketers ?

My inferiority complex, whether real or alleged, is irrelevant.
What are relevant and what are wished to be ignored as inconvenient realities are that India is a nation crammed to suffocation with a billion plus population that largely impoverishes itself by electing and re electing thieves and is forced to look for sporting heroes in small built men who can excel only in disciplines where global competition is hardly present !
Even the youngsters like Kuldeep Yadav are learning the tricks of match fixation under Virat Kohli who is a master on this subject. Shame to allow him to continue as captain. There is no doubt this match is fixed by the ICC itself.
