Vedya: Yes. Excellent win. Top order is performing world class. First 7 wickets scoring total of 50 runs in both innings. :-)
We are expecting too much from this team. They are good on flat tracks but when they go out of India and ball starts to seam and swing they stands exposed.
Kohli doesnot have the technique against moving ball on a consistent basis. He failed in England due to thesame reason. Dhawan is hand eye co ordination like Sehwag without Sehwags skills. Rohit has no technique against seaming ball in a helpful pitch Indian having the best technique and average overseas Rahane has been made to sit out to accomodate Rohit. Bowling is steady but nothing exceptional.With this how you expect to win overseas ? Finger spinner like Ashwin is useless in South Africa hence leg spinner like Chahal or Kuldeep is a better bet We all feel bad when India loses but without getting emotional they lost to a better team in condition which suits the host.

BCCI themselves to be blamed for this outcome first giving priority to Kohli accepting Kumble,s(who had excellent experience in South Africa's condition) resignation secondly forcing CAC to select Ravi Shastri an indiscipline person as a coach. Hope BCCI will take right step for disappointed Indian Cricket fans.
We have just completed one test and more are to follow. Our bowlers did very well and so did the SA bowlers. We need not be ashamed of our performance. Surely the subsequent tests will throw up some surprises definitely pleasant to the Indian supporters.
why ashwin was not give bowling till 45th over in 1st innings when abd and duplesis were scoring freely. we could have restricted sa beow 200 if ashwin was given the ball early.
this is just the beginning more is to come then we can castigate our team left right and centre... kohli should have married before tour to srilanka or bangladesh....

India needs a wicket-keeper who can bat in green pitches. Saha is not even the first keeper of his state team.

india needs batsman who can bat ,Saha is the best keeper in the country as per all the experts and he did a fine job. When the stalwarts have failed its foolish to blame saha for not scoring much
