He was the master sledger and always got into crass potshots at other players ("mental disintegration"). He has no right to commenting other players' aggressive behavior.
Steve Waugh should look at himself as a mentor as well his Australian team and not comment on Virat Kohli. No yesteryear great cricketers other than India has a right to comment on Kohli because they have been a total failure in finding and nurturing world class talent in their own country team. As for Virat, however he may be, these people should understand that he is winning matches for his country and that too with his performance and leading as a player and captain and not like any other World Cricket team who doesn't have even a single standard player of the class to match that of Kohli neither are the entire teams even able to give a tough fight to Virat and team. Is there anything shameless than that. So, all commenting on Virat and Indian team players should first get some good players for their own country team and then say a word on Indian team.

well said. Virat is a right person to lead India. He need not change his attitude. Let him be aggressive.
Aussies are so used to facing that old gentlemanly Indian team it seems. With all due respect to Waugh, I feel, Aussies may be a little scared that the aggression Virat is showing could turn the tables and better India's records against Australia, IN Australia. That seems to be the purpose suggesting Kohli should tone down and bring a balance... Which I think he should not ever...
