Don't be so overwhelmed. In front of the seniors, they will fall like a pack of Cards. After all experience is something. We have seen the transformation a player goes through after playing just a few international matches. When a international level player goes back to play Ranji matches, he simply does a cakewalk.

That's no guarantee actually Just tell me which player from U-19 winning team of 2012 has made a great career?? Some of them may make a mark but they still have a long way go as vast majority of players in senior team are NOT for U-19 team!!!
