riddhiwaman saha best wicket keep without any satting bating he play good and now fit for play
No point in giving the regular openers a chance again. Series will be decided here. A new player is better than struggling ones. Parthiv will solve the opener issue and also keeps well. Pandya as allrounder will benifit team. if it spins ashwin and Vihari can get wickets. So Rohit miss out to Vihari, Shikar Dhavan, KL Rahul, Vijay must score 1000 runs in Ranji to get back if at all.
The write up is not without bias and i feel: 1) Vihari sould be definately given a chane and shouldnt be replaced. If writer stands by Vijay for 20 runs, India were not out of the game as long as Hanuma was there at crease on 5th day. 2) On bouncy/fast pitvhes, I would pick Jadeja ahead of Ashwin. Jadeja is a better fielder & batsman. He was a batting allrounder who has done extremely well in bowling. 3) Mayank is automatic. Second opener's spot could be a toss up between Parthiv (Who was picked up for couple of tours as an opener) and Rohit. Though Rohit is not a opener in longer format, his recent form in ODIs and his urge to get back to test team could be positives. 4) Virat, Pant, Rahane, Pujara, Bumrah, Shammy are auto choices. 5) I would prefer Bhuvi for his smart thinking abilities for third seamer 6) Hardik Pandya will get in as a Batting/Medium pace allrounder. Thus you have 3 Seamers, 3 Allrounders (2 spinners 1 Medium pacer), 5 Batsmen. Best part could be, these 11 will have the confidence & urge to shine/prove a point which is a great advantage.

My team would be almost same except Rohit/Parthiv in place of Vijay & Shammy in place of Ishant..
Pativ patel can keep the wickets and open the innings with Rohit Sharma. They shall hold the innings at least till the first session and no rush for runs. It may be a study of the pitch, its behavior. learn to handle the fast Bowlers. next session they will reap the result and the next batsmen can consolidate. If One of them fail Pujara should play the waiting, patient innings followed. Each one should aim to stick around at least one session. The spinner should be handled with aggression as it is done in 50 overs match. if required rotate with single. Rishib Pant& A Rahene should be told what is their responsibility. They are getting out to irresponsible non cricketing shots like reverse sweeps. This is a five day game and not a 20 overs match. Keep telling them that they are playing a test match. Virat Kholi wants to show the spectators that his bat is talking, that should be demonstrated and not once a while and then fail on the rest of the innings. Patience and perseverance & performance is the Mantra for the next two tests

Sir, I go with Mayank's Debut as he has scored tons of runs in last 3 seasons & parthiv (or Rohit for his present form & eagerness to get to tests). We should not play both Rahul & Vijay when they are out of form & low on condfidence. A break will do good for both.
