India needs to bring in Umesh Yadav even if Ashwin had to be kept out of 11 as Perth is known as fast bowlers paradise. I would prefer Jadeka as the lone spinner, as he can help the lower order to put some useful runs. If Shah is fit, one the openers should give way for him in the final eleven.
