I am afraid the column is not very balanced going overboard making it Virat Kohli vs Joe Root alone. Actually the historic win signifies not just a win against team England but making the entire British media shut their mouth. Many former English cricketers who lost no time in belittling team India to had to eat their words. 'Boys vs men' they said.One man army of Virat they said . While Virat as captain did live up-to expectations of leading from front to a creditable win coming from behind scoring tons of rune , his side too rose to the occasion with mush improved performance in batting, bowling and fielding leaving behind the horrors of the 1st two tests. Both the openers Dhawan and Rahul seem to have made adjustments and shown more resolve. Same with Rahane, Hardik and newcomer Pant. Hardik has been sensational with ball turning the game on its head just in one spell of six overs and seems to be improving for sure. Rahul took 7 catches and team India were way ahead of the english in catching. Bumrah too repeated his SA form to change the perception that he was fit only for shorter formats. No swing but speed and length is his strength the way the ball shoots like an arrow after pitching at a given length. It is to the credit of Virat-Shastri combo that Bumrah has been drafted so early into Tests. The best part is in English conditions Indian pacers have scored over their english counterpart ! Full credit to team management.

The writer is unnecessarily harping.He no different.When you have a good team you are a better skipper.Let him do his job.Too much elegising will push him towards disaster.
The Indian cricket squad should always play with a motive to win the matches as it played within our country similarly, in abroad also they should play with a winning mode.Further do not depend upon only the Indian captain Mr. Virat Kohli only - every player must have their responsibility to share their valuable thoughts while fielding, batting and do not drop catches at any cost. Good luck to the Indian cricket team to play well, stay happily and enjoy every test match in winning mode with England .

So much venom no wonder indians are not appreciated anywhere relax dude its a game no need to het personal these blokes are best kf friends as professionals even your neighbors are best buddies with ur team its only the cattle class or the general population thats gettin all riled up
