Though late but good to hear the right words from Virat something we didn't during presentation after the 2nd Test drubbing till he said it now. That is the spirit. Wining and losing is part of any sport but making a fight of it is what fans want to see and that was missing in the 2nd test. In fact 1st test India could have as well won it but fore Virat relaxing post lunch allowing Sam Current to take the game away. With due respect to Gavaskar I do not agree that Indian team did not practice enough. They had enough practice. Actually the problem appears to be more mental the way likes of Murali Vijay, Pujara, Rahane ....etc. approach with a defeatist mentality and get out in the same fashion again and again. The face expression of Murali Vijay walking to the crease looks no different from while walking to pavilion after getting out. That means he has given it up already. Why play then ? There is no doubt that conditions are toughest and that's why one has to be confident, bold and try out differently to negate the difficult swing factor instead of tamely surrendering in the same fashion again and again. Raise the bat higher to get point of contact at lower or toe end of bat, use soft handle, stand out of crease or use the crease and play back foot and so on. Idea is just do not give up tamely every time. Reg team combo three specialist pacers are must and if you can afford fourth specialist pacer, it is even better. Further, Pandya a/r at best can be the fourth pacer not the

(contd.)..not the 3rd. Taking extra batter is not going to help.If 5 fail then 6th too will fail. What team must be sure of is to take all 10 wkts per innings which they couldn’t in the 2nd test which derailed the bating too.
Take everything with sportmanship. When game is played, one team will win and the other will loss(there is chance of draw also). Nobody will play to loose. I wish the team success in the remaining matches. Best of luck team India.

After 4 chances, you are repeating the same mistake of poking outside and not getting any idea about the ball. Even a kid rectify his mistakes after a couple of chance.
What is the guarantee that you wont do the same thing in the next 6 chances ??
The Indian batsmen should be asked to watch the videos of their getting out. All of them hang their bats out away from their body instead of pulling them close to their bodies when they want to leave the ball without playing shots. They should be advised to go for shots like the English players instead of trying to defend or leave the ball.
