After 4 chances(2 innings in 2 tests), all of the top order batsmen(except Kohli) doing the same thing(poking outside and getting caught), then I don't think, it is going to improve in next 6 chances until unless we got a flat pitch. So, 5-0 is quite possible. Shame on you top order batsmen, You are letting us down and also to the bowlers who are bowling their heart out.

And yet you, like those millions of other middle class commoners in India, will forget all about it the moment the IPL trash begins and watch with a drooling mouth and encourage all those monstrously stuxpid commercials promoting worthless goods in which Kohli and co make stuxpid faces and overact !

abe ever stinking kalumal, jobless, useless komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali buffoon, what commoners do is their choice. Who are you to critiise them all the time ? Being a jobless useless person do you think yourself to in a better position than them. Better just keep quiet.
This is not their mistake, this is our mistake, every time they win we praise them and speak good about them and start comparing with Tendulkar, dravid and others. we should stop watching indian cricket so that other sports should get popularity they these guys will die for viewers.
Indian batting is like boneless chicken. I am scared to follow the score, forget about watching it. I am really ashamed of it. Balling is good. Fielding is OK. But what is happening in batting department? When Dravid/Laxman/Sachin/Saurav/Sehvag/Gambhir like stalwarts are there such thing rarely happened. But sadly now a day, the patient players are very rare in the test. May be due to lots of cricket being played now a days. Second they are on tour after T20 in IPL.
I seen old player Holding of Africa saying, if you like to stay fit and score more, you need to play less matches. However how a days every player starts with IPL, then International T20, Oneday, Test. Every player like to play in every match. For this they think physical fitness only is enough. But what about mental fitness? What about mental preparation? However Pujara is currently not not playing in T20, one days, even though he is failed in first 2 tests. I like to follow test matches more than other formats of crickets, but now a days I just ignore. I cannot see any application by any player other than Kohli. I have hopes from Vijay/Rahane at least, but they also failed. :(

Before replying to you i would like to remind Mr Boycott that his own English batsman are not that good against the seaming/swinging ball.
You are right todays batsmen whether Indian or foreign lack the mental fortitude and technical skills to play and succeed in all three formats of the game , especially in a country Like India where ODIs n T20 are so popular, dominant and played throughout the year you hardly get time to prepare for Test Cricket especially abroad... but to see Test specialists like Pujara,Vijay,Rahane play this badly is both surprising and dissapointing.
However the kind of Pitches dished out to India in both South Africa and now England has been exceptionally tough.Even the fabolous five of Sachin,Sehwag,Dravid,Ganguly,Laxman didn't do well as a unit in abroad till 2002 n apart from there 2003 tour of NZ i don't recall them facing such adverse batting conditions on an away tour.

Don't worry, World Cup pitch preparation falls under ICC and White Kookaburra ball which they employ has barely swung much in last decade , we will most likely see pitches where even 350 will not be a safe score to defend.
