It is ironical that even as the IPL events are getting bigger and better our team India Captain Virat Kohli is putting up the biggest flop show of IPL-11 so far.It is mid-way needing him to win the 6 out of the remaining 7 matches which looks most unlikely. Most worrying is his lackluster captaincy simply failing to motivate or bring that intensity in his player to give their best.I can't find a rational answer why he is unable to make the world class pacers like Umesh and others give their best while enjoying easily the best batting line up of the current IPL line up.My worry is this inability of his as captain in IPL should not get permeated to team India too! That's why better he emulates Gambhir lest a long drawn battle should drain him totally harming interest of the national side.
Congrats Kohli for accepting fielding is below par. The loosing captain always find reasons to put the blame on others when ends up in getting defeated.

Kohli Baba thinks that he alone can carry the ship to the shore. He is over aggressive and this is not a healthy sign of a leader. Being a talented player is different and being a successful leader is altogether different.

Correct judgement. Kohli think he is the best captain. But it is not correct. All the players in RCB they don't have the responsibility and team spirit.
Kohli blames it on fielding yesterday, but what about bowling? Surprisingly, RCB has picked almost all run leaking bowlers over the years. Here are they: Vinay kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun, Unadkat, Ashok Dinda, Harshal patel, Varun Aaron, Binny, now Umesh Yadav, Siraj, Kejroliya. There was also contribution from abroad: Ravi Rampaul, Chris Jordan, Tymal Mills, Adam Milne, now Corey Anderson. Very sad story!!
