Cheating in Cricket

There is a lot of sympathy going round for the dirty trio of Austraaia. These sympathies are misplaced. If any one deserves any sympathy only it is Bancroft because he was a rookie and the way the selections being only for cronies, he had no option other than to carryout the shit work handed down by Smith Warner & Co.
In the case of Smith and Warner there is absolutely no reason anyone would sympathise with them. They had been reported for a similar offence of cheating by ball tampering two years back by none other than Daryl Hair, an Aiustralian ICC anel Umpire.
Only thing is the blame should not stop at these players but at ACB which had swept the shit under the carpet when the earlier report came in and alos they have always had a different standard for Australian players be it in ball tampering, sledging or brain fades. A proper action had been takne at the appropriate time the thing could not have had the cascading effect that made the whole cricketing world wake up cry foul. .

Dada's logic

STrange logic from Dada about Smith. If it was not cheating, the least that dada can do is define what it was.

Sympathy is not required
by Kannan Ramanan on Apr 05, 2018 10:26 AM

Anyone in sane mind, if they say that Ball Tampering is not cheating, then they are cheating and it shows their poor mentality, be it Ganguly or Tendular or whomever. Rubbing in the flannel, using spit is the only thing that should be allowed, any other means of artificially changing the nature of the ball is wrong, it gives undue advantage to bowlers. Any cricketing gear must be within specifications and anything artificially done to alter, is definitely cheating. None deserves sympathy, especially Smith, Warner, Bancroft, despite their tear-jerker conferences. The punishment is correct and it must act as a deterrent to one and all across the world. In future all offences must be dealt impartially and with firm decisions. In general Australians are poor winners as well as poor loosers. Kohli and Team are doing well, but the behaviour is slowly moving towards Australian style to be watched and corrected, before it goes awry.
