Hearty congrats to Kuldeep Yadav on his hat-trick that helped India a big win defending a small total! I have been keenly observing this young man since the recent WI tour followed by the SL tour and I still feel he is tentative and low on confidence during start of a spell. Yesterday too he started badly but to his credit retained his composure to come back with his brilliant hat-trick. Actually the pressure created by the initial fiery spell of pace bowling by Bhuvi and his partner Bumrah rarely seen before in any Indian pace attack has been mainly causing the Aussie slide to the young spinners both of whom have also been brilliant in cashing into. However, it is also a realty that except for Smith rest of the team do not seem to have any clue to play the spin, wrist spin or whatever. But then team management led by Ravi Shastra must feel relieved as the experiment seem to be succeeding and will be interesting to see if the two youngsters could replace the seniors like Ashwin and Jadeja as better ‘wicket taking’ options in time to come! Further, Virat Kohli's captaincy in carrying the entire team as a unit too is playing a big part in the serial wins one after another in recent times. Thus, contrary to perception before start of the series now India seem to be the better side in spite of its fragile m.o.
