Cheap sensationalistic article
by Chaitanya on Sep 01, 2017 02:57 PM  | Hide replies

I don't condone road rage.

But I can see very poor journalism here.

I seriously doubt that anyone just driving a vehicle will react angrily if a pedestrian merely "objects to rash driving" as is reported here.

Rather than a mere "objection" it might have been some crude / rude words or gestures from the pedestrian.

Clearly from the video, the other guy is NOT a SENIOR CITIZEN. He is a hefty burly man who is not only looking physically fit, but also raring to physically attack Rayudu (he had to be restrained by someone).

Clearly the guy is seen gesturing to Rayudu provocatively to leave, just before Rayudu reacted. Of course we don't know if that gesture was also accompanied by rude words from that man.

I'm not surprised that there is no police complaint.

Overall, I see one-sided sensationalism, without full facts.

Yes. The other person also does not seem to "object rash driving", he is arguing. He is shouting and also equally aggresively posing. So dont have a sensational title to draw attention such incidents.

Please read what I said.

Let me summarize for you:

That man is NOT A SENIOR CITIZEN.

That man does not look like he was a passive victim in that incident at all.

I don't condone road rage, and I don't condone attacking senior citizens.

Shame no complaint has been made
by Jayaprakash Balan on Sep 01, 2017 02:54 PM

Seems the Senior Citizen deserves the bash, else why did he not go and make a complaint in the police station about this. Be it Rayadu or anybody, nobody has a right to attack another, that too a senior citizen. He should be booked for rash driving and even if the senior citizen is not interested the police has to take this case and file a complaint. Such arrogant people needs to be taught a lesson. But in India, people are so much in awe of celebrities that they would prefer themselves to be insulted or even killed without any grin just for their happiness of seeing or meeting a celebrity in person. No wonder the celebrities and rich people become more arrogant and abusive over trifle matters. Or is it that the senior citizen would have been paid money by Rayadu to keep calm.

Actors, cricketers and politicians think too much of themselves. Should be banished from cricket. If he has the guts he should show his valour against an equal
