Though aggression everytime is not right thing to happen for a person, today's corporate and professional and competitive world has changed the definition of aggression and so its expected as well seen that only those who have aggression are considered true to his worth or work or skill and is seen that only those who have aggression is tasting success everywhere. But aggression sidelines the real skill factor. So, Kohli is going in the right way. And India is on the top only because of Kohli's aggression. The one point to be appreciated is that its only because of his aggression that there is a sense of energy and enthusiasm among Indian players and they are everytime fighting to win by putting in awesome performance. Not sure the same aggression of Kohli will work for everyone because ultimately its the skill and talent of a player which lasts long though for Kohli his aggression and form has helped to shine more than his skill and he is only player in today's world who can near Sachin though for breaking Sachin's record only his aggression might not work consistently. Its this Kohli's aggression that is lacking in every other countries team players due to which their performance is coming below par against India.

Being aggressive is good but his over aggressiveness may also prove harmful to him.
