ashwin: shocking bowling in england, he had scared look on face against pakistan.he is terrible fielder. umesh yadav: he is very expensive for ODI standards. shami is any day better than him. rahane: very slow. not fit for ODI. plus finding slot for him is a problem. jadeja: fielding is good, but bowling and batting is big let down specially in CT2007. players with question mark: Dhoni and Jadhav. they must raise game and prove utility to team otherwise they heads are under chopping block.
Why did India didn't succeed in foreign country? Only because we have no quality bowler be it pace bowler or spinner. The wrist spinners has quality to sprang surprise. So the selectors are trying Kuldeep & Chahal. Has Aswin & Jadeja won us any test match in Foreign land with their bowling? The answer is No. India will play quite a lot of matches in the foreign land in the coming months so the selectors are doing the right thing. We don't have a quality left arm pace bowler. So if we find some one who can bowl 140 to 150 and bowls with left arm and a pace bowler the selectors have all the right to play him. And everybody is tiger in his own domain is right for everyone be it India or other nations as well. In fact quality batsmen, bowlers, pace or spin and quality fielder also has declined to come. We in India never encourage our children to go for only sports. We advice them "Go & and study" you have to get a job. Everyone is not the elder brother like Sachin Tendulkar.
aaswin deserves to be dropped and that should have been long ago. However, better late than never. Jadeja is different. He is a fantastic fielder, an excellent bowler and a dependable bat and therefore should be brought back into the Indian team.

How do you say that Aswin deserves tp be dropped while he has been the highest wicket taker during the last two test series. I quote that he is the highest wicket taker in Tests in the world hitherto in lesser number of Tests played In 52 Tests 292 wickets - 100s x4 , 50s x11 - and 2095 runs. In ODI for 111 matches 150 wickets Bowling average is also less than 33 per match per 10 overs (if bowled full quota)which is quite below than the any opponents' average score of above 200
keep out following players ashwin, jadeja, umesh yadav, rahane. dhoni should also be monitored in nz series. otherwise he is also next to miss wc 2019 berth.

It is so early to judge the caliber of Chahal and Kuldeep. They have been tried for bench strength as of date - does not mean that Jadeja and Aswin are dropped once for all. Similarly for the batting positions at No.4 & 5 are also just to improve the bench strength. Selection of Karthik - He is good in batting as well as Keeping - He is being kept as Reserve, in case if anything unforeseen happens to Dhoni. BCCI seems to be not willing to take any risk of selecting Rishab Pant & Sanju - though these two are good in batting as these two are good in batting at either as opener or One Down - these batting positions cannot be altered now.

""Apne Ghar me Sab Sher" Just by their success against a weak Australian and Srilanksn team you cannot judge the quality of the spinners .You cannot compare the experience and skills of Ashiwn and Jadeja with the current crop.Real test will come in South Afrisa and England next year,.Already we saw a trailer in the last T-20 when Australia thrashed India and thw two spinners were hammered
In his career thus far, expectations on Jadeja's bowling has been very low.
Most expectation was in his contribution as a fielder. Next in line was the expectation from him as a batsman. He was least expected to contribute as a bowler.
In fielding, he has certainly not disappointed. He is the best, among the Indian team and among its reserves too. To perform as well has Jadeja does, requires a lot of skill and athleticism, as well as requires a certain courage to overcome the fear of picking up injuries that could lead to exclusion from team (eg, while making diving catches or diving stops). No one else comes anywhere near Jadeja.
In batting, he just about met expectations.
In bowling, he has been a surprise match winner on several occasions, especially in recent times.
Looking at all of this, I think, India can only benefit by keeping Jadeja in the team.
While Kuldeep and Yuzvendra might be enjoying recent successes as bowlers, they are no match in the fielding department.
