North eastern states are lagging behind because they are (deliberately) set aside. This match may look farcical, but then this farce must continue for some years. This will pave the way for them to be at par with other, so called, advanced states.
Has anything of this type every happened in boys under 19 never this just shows the skill level difference between boys and girls and then asking for parity between men and women players think over it how justified is it I m not in favour of discrimination but this shows why parity has a long long way to go
