Sri Lanka player cheated and team having negative attitude
by Jayaprakash Balan on Nov 19, 2017 07:20 PM

Sri Lankan player Dilruwan Pereira cheated and hence he should be sacked and even the Sri Lankan team has no positive attitude towards the game, thereby killing the spirit of the game and match. Pereira and Herath was not playing a positive game at all inspite of having a lead. Test match doesn't mean a players have to mandatorily play slow game and while away time by not trying to score runs. Pereira and Herath was doing the same thing inspite of well knowing that this is the fourth day of the match. They were playing as if they want to draw the match. This is no standard for international players. When times have changed and faster and result oriented games are what the world needed, players should adapt to the change. It was absolutely negative game from these Sri Lankan players. Neither do any of the Sri Lankan players possess the skill and talent of international level player. The team doesn't seem to be worried to make the test match interesting. Who is the coach of Sri Lanka, seems he doesn't know what cricket is. Can't he atleast put an positive and aggressive attitude in the players while coaching. Is he or the Sri Lankan board unable to fine few good batting and bowling talent. Are they going to send such team for World Cup. Shame of Sri Lankan cricket. India has a chance to crush them and should crush them showing what they deserve. Sri Lankan captain is also hopeless. He seems to be a loser the moment he is on the ground.
