The so called Chief coach, doesn't have any brains in selecting proper team for either one day or T20 matches. Secondly, he gives so much freedom to team that they relax in rooms and swimming pool when they should have been at net for practice ( see and learn from New Zealand team. Any one knows that Shastri is such a Bevda, after every match he becomes so TUNN !!! See how strict was coach Kumble who was strict with players which Kohli never liked ( because he was not allowed to meet Anushka in between matches.)
Can't he see class batsman like K.L.Rahul, Manish Pandey who are just warming the bench. They should bring even dashing Rishab Pant of Delhi. These rogue selectors from Mumabi and Gujarat only induct useless players from Mumbai and Gujarat ( Like Axar Patel, Hardik Pandya, Shreyas Aiyer Bhumra ) . it is high time Shatri should be sacked or Indian team will not even reach Semi Final in next world cup.

What world cup- why is it so important- just another tournament- how many teams participate and out of those who do, only 8 teams are good enough - rest only make up the numbers to keep sponsors happy

You are right. After the opener's departure, only Virat and Dhoni could bat and they did their best. And still they want to blame Dhoni? There was nobody for him to rotate strike. Manish Pandey and Rahul should have been in the team.
