It is very sad these crickteersare paid in crores and still want a hike in pay in a country like ours where people who suffer from terminal diseases are dying as they do not have money to meet the medical expenses.There are many children who live in orphanges do not get enough food to eat.It is a shame that our crickteers including our cricket god Sachin is least botherd about the condition of our childre.I would appreciate our Govt must take a strict action on this starting from cutting their own parks.I request you to reach our views to Mr.Modi
our cricketers are getting greedier,, look at their retainership fees, ads, per match fees, facilities, IPL fees Still they need more,,, there can't be any perfect example for Greed apart from this..
I would like to drawattention of the COA committee to consider payment to contracted players as following. (1) Minimum guaranteed amount to all players as per grade evaluation.. (2) In every match reward amount to good performers to individual players which cannot be shared. (3) On winning a match bonus amount be given to team,to be shared by entire 16 members including support staff. Simply revising the payment abnormally a player is assured of a hefty amount,may not tend to put his 100%,this will be so in most of the cases.so better BCCI act prudently.

I agree with your suggestion. It has to be a performance linked pay / bonus. Merely hiking to players who do not make sufficient contribution is not worth it. I agree it is a team game, but even in a team game, every player has to give 100%.
The remuneration must be on the performance . If Indian team lose the Champion trophy their remuneration must be reduced to 10 % of original salary. I am sure India will lose in group matches itself .
Before any hike cricketer must be banned to do any advertisement , Player already earning huge from ipl.kohali too making movie for anushka .rather concentration on game.
