Once again this "brilliant knock" word. Why do cricket fan not understand that cricket is a one ball game for batsman. As long as that wicket tacking delivery does not fall, the batsman keeps on playing his innings. That's it. Had this been not the case, Pant or any other batsman would have played this kind of so called brilliant knock in his other innings as well.

there is no such deliveries as 'wicket taking' deliveries. the wicket is gifted by the batsmen to bowlers. There is no such ball as 'unplayable'. A ball becomes unplayable or become wicket taking delivery when the batsman is cramped for his shot. If he uses his feet very well and he has good eye-hand coordination no bowler can ever make him out. But during his stay at the crease, he commits a mistake or two, and that could mark the end of his innings. when the batsman makes merry, we label it as a 'brilliant knock'. what is wrong in that usage. in its letter or spirit or in technicality??

Cricket fans not Cricket fan. Taking not tacking. Wickets fall not deliveries. Had this not been the case is right usage. Its.. their other innings. Just cant get it Deepak Panchal hindi mein hi bol leta. Just want to be a critic

No it is not typo error it is spelling mistake. Actually you didnot know correct spelling. Iam sure this message somebody must have told you correct spelling
