For bilateral events BCCI cites Govt approval but for multilateral events like Champions Trophy, World Cup etc. no approval is needed. That is being double faced. It will not be so easy for the BCCI to wriggle out of this one. Might as well just pay & be done with it rather than get disgraced internationally. Otherwise go in for Arbitration.
