I think DD's woes are self inflicted mostly considering that they are not that bad a side as the end results appear.They are among the 2-3 best of bowling attacks sides but the way they have been chopping and changing playing XI for no rhyme or reason has been the main cause for the present plight.In fact at start of IPL-10 DD looked as one of the privileged sides that could play with a core team making minor changes to take care of injury etc.Shouldn't the likes of Md.Shami,Shabaz Nadeem,Kagiso Rabada,Corey Anderson.. etc. have formed the core not to change them unless injury warranted ? But what the team management did was just the opposite for reasons best known to them. Shouldn't the team management have focused more on consolidating the young batting side to play more purposefully? The batting certainly looked rudderless the way they squandered many good starts.By the way who is calling the shots in DD ? Dravid or Zaheer Khan or Paddy Upton ? No one appears to be in command with a free for all ensuing as at road crossings with malfunctioning traffic lights.No one knows but Dravid's image certainly takes a solid beating the way team has been mismanaged.
How else can you expect a team which has raahuul draavid as its mentor to perform. He has a lousy background in the Indian cricket scenario and then with Rajasthan Royals so dont expect anything better!

But, T20 is not his cup of tea. Delhi has inexperienced indian batsmen. They need right approach to T20 situations. Delhi team in the past 10 years always showed inadequacy in one or the other departments. Balance is not there and never addressed to while building a team. Look at Sunrisers bench and team playing and compare it with Delhi.
