Yes, Smith needs to be disciplined by ICC and knowing the Association they will not do so. For too long we have seen Asian Players being disciplined for lesser infractions and teams like Australia England get away with a Slap on the Wrist, knowing ICC this what will happen and Kholi & Team India will be penalized.
