Mr. Prasanna is taken help guide from Coach in that era also
Without Coach, u can manage one series but not for long..as u have to consult u r opinion / thought with someone experienced for better planning, u may accept his / her opinion or NOT !

Without GURU, a SISHYA can't develop many more...

It was sarcastic comment from Prasanna and he don't mean it. Prasanna is right in that Kohli is best batsman and a excellent fielder but certainly not a great captain. I would rate Ashwin and Ajinkya as more matured heads than Kohli. Aggression is good but there is thin line between aggression and arrogance. Kohli crossed that line and has become arrogant.

Kohli playing nasty politics
by Dancarter on Jun 26, 2017 01:21 PM

Why BCCi and CAC giving so much importance to Kohli? He is pro PAKI and doesn't deserve so much importance. He let India down in key times, he peaks in wrong time with lot of show off and doesn't have the caliber to win the finals. He plays more to his records and no where near Dhoni. Please change the captain who is playing nasty politics against senior players and doesn't have the temperament to change finals to sucess. Big looser and people of India will not forgive him for loosing to PAKI in final. Kick him out of India.

Very surprising to see so many Kohli hating messages here
by sandeep sharma on Jun 26, 2017 12:52 PM  | Hide replies

I feel people hate every successful man from their core. Nobody knows exactly what happened between them, still everybody assuming Kohli must be wrong. Remember once a team loses it is the captain who is blamed most and not the coach. The captain is right is asking for what he feels good for the team.

It is not Kohli hating comments but Kohli's behavior hating comments. One don't need to take it personally but see it from the matured captain's point of view. He is not level headed guys at all - arrogant but great batsman ad a fielder. He can be a good captain if he keeps his emotion and arrogance checked.

there are ten other players in the team. RCB failure is collective one. Even 1000 Kumbles as coach can not do any thing in that situations.

Unlike in international matches, in IPL, it was Vettori who was the coach and Kohli could get his things done without any resistance from Vettori. When his view was challenged and not agreed, his true color was shown. While it is true there are 10 other players were there, isn't captain who makes what playing 11 will be? So, by that rule, Kohli is responsible more than remaining 10.

Kohli under pressure
by Rajesh Khanna on Jun 24, 2017 04:35 PM  | Hide replies

If you notice Kohli falters in batting when it is required the most. He failed in the semi finals of last world cup against Australia when he was the key. Similarly he failed in the final against Pakistan and that too got a life on just preceeding ball. as if he was bent upon getting out????

Two examples doesn't make Kohli fails under pressure. On contrary, in most of chasing matches, Kohi batted brilliantly and no doubt he enjoys pressures and delivers betters under pressures. However, he as a captain, doesn't look like right person to lead the team.

Loss only because of his ill founded decision of inserting the opposition after winning the toss and persisting with Ashwin and Jadega though they proved to be costly. Not to have tried Yuvraj throughout the tournament and delayed introduction of Kedar Jadav upto 39th over in the final

THING IS
by jaswinder chabbra on Jun 24, 2017 03:13 PM  | Hide replies

in batting, there are too many options available. Kohli is not indispensable. So, how does he get to wield so much power? That's baffling indeed.

As a player, we need Kohli for India team. Captain? No - we could give a chance to Ashwin or Ajinkya to lead until Kohli becomes sober. Arrogance and aggression are not same and Kohli is more of arrogant.
