Change the Captain

You need to change the captain instead of the coach. Rohit sharma is a best choice.

Require a low profile coach...
by Anurag Rathore on Jun 23, 2017 12:44 PM  | Hide replies

In indian cricket, captain should retain all the power because ultimately he is responsible for each win or lose. Coach main role is man management and keep the dressing room atmosphere healthy. Tom moody is best choice in current applicants.

A coach should be coach in true sense of the word. When he sees a fault, he should raise it . Just bcoz you are a hero batsman or bowler doesnt mean you are right & the coach is wrong .
More so in the present scenario, in terms of accomplishments , Kumble is miles ahead of Kohli ( since he feels he is the greatest). Time & tide doesnt wait for any , which virat will know very soon.
When a experience who is more experienced , shares his views, the one wil lesser experience should listen to it .Dont bulldoze the coachs views , just bcoz he has shown you the mirror. One needs to be humble & accept things which are wrong & try to improve onself, not just behave like a set of loose cannons.

Ganguly
by Vikas Banga on Jun 23, 2017 11:02 AM  | Hide replies

Ganguly's inclusion can only make matter worse. He himself has a career full of arrogance and things like that. Greg Chappel was made the reason of 2007 debacle. I dont know how team having Sehwag, Sachin, Ganguly, Dravid, Yuvraj can loose to Bangladesh and Srilanka. It was not Greg Chappel. I think it was Ganguly who spoiled dressing room atmosphere. And now Kohli is following his path.
