India has completely derailed its chances in this tournament thanks to supra brat Kohli who cannot see eye to eye with a thorough gentleman like Kumble. He has messed up the mind set of the team with this unnecessary ego jostle & this is now going to have it's ramifications in all the matches that India plays. I remember in the 2007 World Cup India began with massive wins in the build up stage & then just disintegrated when the tournament began losing to a lowly Bangladesh in the opener. And that was because of then coach Greg Chappel & this time it could very well be Kumble on whom the blame would be laid. Poor Kumble he will become the sacrificial lamb for Kohli.
At any cost we must win against Pak. Let any combination play it does not matter. But Mani, Diggy, Yachury & co will be unhappy if India wins against Pak.
