I pray that our girls will teach the world a lesson or two. Gautam Gambhir is right when he says that this win will be way bigger than the 2011 win. I believe it will rival the 1983 win as these girls will ensure that a women's IPL will begin, women's Test Cricket will be more keenly watched, women cricketers will be treated with respect & the whole subcontinent will be impacted by it. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Afghanistan can take a cue from what our women can achieve & go on to build powerhouse teams themselves. This will lead to women emancipation & empowerment in the region. My favorite cricketer is Smriti Mandhana for her silken elegance & touch & I hope she comes good in the final.
