If we have bowling coach, batting coach and fielding coach why the another coach in the name of Head Coach? What will be his work? Will he supervise the other Coaches work or players? We need a Team Manager for the tour that all. If Mr Ravi Shastri had to be included he can be The Team Manager. BCCI can save money which can be distributed for betterment of the other teams/small state teams to encourage young generation to come up in the main stream.
