Virat Kohli unnecessary showing gratitude towards dhone whick look very personnel & Unprofessional, No doubt dhoni was a good captain, but as per his batting is concern, he is completely out of form, time is came to test players pant either sr like dinesh karthhik to replace dhoni for the benefit of indian cricket, that kohli should understand
Msd is the most prolific of all. he carried Indian fame wherever and whenever mattered . only one innings doesn\\\\\\\'t gives us license to criticize him. we Indians should have sense of gratitude for him. thank you & Happy Birthday Mahi our own captain cool.
It is good to see Kohli backing Dhoni. Dhoni can still get into any team just for his wicket keeping abilities and for his cricketing brain. i hope Dhini does not take any hasty decision and quit cricket, he should play the world cup and then retire. After retirement Dhoni should be made the coach because he knows the modern cricket more than old classical coaches like Sastri, Jhonty or even Kumble.
Kohli was perfectly correct because the Antigua wicket was so slow that was why it was such a low scoring match. Batting on such slow wickets is always difficult. Of course, arm chair critics will always find something to criticize a player of Dhoni's caliber forgetting his contribution to Indian cricket.
There is certainly an issue in his batting strike rate but still he is not hopeless and hopefully with playing more games he will improve and get back his old form.So for the present he can continue in 50 overs game as he is till the best WK around but that doesn't mean his place is confirmed for WC 2019. However he certainly doesn't make it to T20 international games given he takes long overs to settle down and is unable to make a vertical take off in batting. Thus he should be changed by a younger cricketer like Risbh Pant or Dinesh Karthik or somebody else in T20 games.
No one to replace MSD at present. He is sublime form in Wicket Keeping. He will not stick around till you kick him out. He knows when to go out. Even Greats like Sunil and Sachin were once scratching around during their twilight period. He is still a long way to go.

MSD is still the best wicket keeper Batsman that India has ever produced. we may have SAHA, PANTH or SAMSON warming the bench but DHONI is still a way ahead of them.
