Both are very greedy and opportunist. They are minting money from the board due by using the right connection, influence and chamchagiri. I respect Tendulkar who command respect from every one is not like this two greedy opportunists.

Hare Yaar, gavaskar should retired himself & has to left away from current cricket - since he crossed 60 Yrs.
Chappell wanted Sachin to retire. If coach would be the boss we would not have seen a ton of tons. What about split captaincy? If 3 different captains have a problem,should the coach stay then too? Coaches usually have 4-5 year contracts.Don't you think it would be wiser to put faith in someone who's going to be there for the long haul? Whatever may have happened between Kumble and Kohli, bottom line is Kohli is a good batsman who can actually play and Kumble is retired. If coach was the boss we might have seen Kohli being benched and I don't think it would be good for the team. At the end of the day every team requires a leader and a guide not a boss at all
When player like Kohlee break records arrogance and ego steps in an they tend to behave like spoiled brats of BCCCIIII extra important persons. So naturally all other people are inferior to their personality.
