BCCI has always acted like a Dada in the Cricket field . It is ran by mostly corrupted politician & person. They have not been able to build an iron clad case against Sreesant. Just based on hearsay evidence they have formed a case and punished him.
One has to apply to the Board for Corrupting Cricket in India to get permission to play cricket in India and elsewhere!!! Wow. It is a classic case of Kettle calling the pot black, in the case of Shreesanth.

As per traditions, if you commit crime or corruption, you will lose your job permanently (will not be allowed to live from your hard-earned money), but you can become an MLA / MP / Minister and earn from public money (can well live merrily with others' hard earned money). Better to pursue career in Politics...
