Then also it was a Team Effort & Not a One Man's Show - "A Captain is Only as Good as his Team is".
Because The 2007 World T20 & Champions Trophy were Won Outside of India on Difficult Foreign Wickets where we Normally Fail to Win big.
But The Test Mace in 2009 & 2011 World Cup Win were Tailor Made Doctored & Rigged Indian Pitches - So no Credit for MSD, nor His Home Bred Tigers Team !!

It is easy to have world class players in team , but difficult to make them play together, which MSD could do it.

MSD must have retired only when we lost in Australia 2015 the age gives reply so give chances to young boys said cricket Australia who kicked STEAVE WAUGH, PUNTER and finally MICHEL CLERK also
In subcontinet only. Look at his records outside subcontinent. He has not even scored a century against Zimbabwe outside subcontinent. His two world cups came through the players groomed by Dada
In fact , I am a fan of all ELEVEN PLAYERS who represents our country .
MSD no doubt is absolutely brilliant .
Did any other Indian captain in the past or present achieved what MSD has achieved ??
Answer is BIG NO - - THEN ?? First , let any other captain achieved what MSD has achieved , then only both the players can be compared , not before that - - Unless , there is no point in futile discussion .
Even a LEGEND LIKE GAWASKAR has praised MSD very much & respects him a lot .
( May be these CRITICIZERS knows the game OR can analyse a player better than Gawaskar )

no captain lost series against Bdesh...
no captain got whitewashed shamelessly...
and last but not the least no captain lost so many matches with SLOW BATTING

A legend is one who sets example in front of team and dhoni hs nt dn anything like this.
he has been a BIG_FLOP in all t20 wc.
he fl0pped in CT. he fl0pped in tests outside asia.
he fl0pped in entire wc 2011 b4 finals and played aFluKe inning by promoting himself whn Gambhir n Kohli set the entire platform and victory was in hand. same dhoni didnt promote himself in wc 15 sf vs aus, cz team ws 91/3 n needed 238 runs in 35 overs against Aus. bowling attack...
most of the time he played well in those matches whn there ws no pressure and batsman like Sachin n Gambhir set the platform... he must retire now..
Dhoni slow batting lost us the match. In past 2-3_years team has lost so many matches bcz of his slow batting. He plays with a sr of_50-70_in_5-6 overs and puts pressure on other batsman. He dsnt even rotates strike After playing so slow most of the times he gets out. Here are a few examples Jan_17 target_322vs eng, dhoni_25 off_36. Team lost by 5_runs
June_16, 8_needed against zim, dhoni 19_off_17, team lost by 2_runs
June_16, 139_needed against zim, dhoni 9_off_13.
Aug_16, 2_needed against wi, team lost by 1_run Oct_15, 11_needed against sa, team lost
T20_wc final, 4_runs off 7_balls, team lost against sl
Jan_13, 54_off 89_vs pak, team lost
Sep_12, T20_vs nz, team needed 42_off_33, dhoni made 22_off_23, team lost by 1_run
Jan_16, vs aus, team needed 72_off_75 with 8_wickets in hand, dhoni 0_off_3
Oct_16, vs nz, target_243, dhoni 39_off_65, team lost by 6_runs
Oct_16, vs nz, target_261, dhoni 11_off_31, team lost by 19_runs
There are so many more examples in which team lost bcz of dhoni_slow_batting. He ws in team cz he_ws_captain but frankly speaking HE_DOESNOT_deserve_a_place_in_team…

Well Said. He should retire from all forms of cricket & Rishabh Pant should replace. Last match he scored a century just to keep himself available in the team. Such a selfish player
