He know when to leave gracefully unlike others. Be it from captaincy from tests and ODI or playing Tests etc .. Leaving when you know its time without damaging the name or image is really a true class of genuine genius ... Lesson that every one should learn from him..
Rohit should lead T20 It will be too much pressure to captain all 3 and also do well as a player. Better that T20 is managed by someone else. My choice is Rohit

i also agreed, Rohit is best choice for T20 leadership, excellent record, excellent thinking and best experience.

I think Hardik Pandya should lead. He is young and energetic. Good all rounder. Age in his side and can safely lead for another 10-12 years.
