There should be full transparency in the BCCI's actions: Justice Lodha

First ask SC to be transparent in the judicial selection. Can you. You are trying to be nominated as BCCI president. Tell it frankly.

I agree with you Neelakantan R. My opinion is how come SC can intervene in the internal workings of an organization.

The organization here in question is responsible for development of a sport in the entire country. If the organization's system is unfair to some states and does not allow them equal opportunity, SC has every right to interfere in it's working and ask them to mend their ways. I as a citizen of India think it's ok for BCCI to be seen as a poor sports body globally but its not ok to see a team not winning World Cup for country with 1.3 billion people possessing robust cricket facilities.
