A good beginning?
by V Nagarajan on Jan 03, 2017 10:04 AM

This is a good beginning. It must not end here. All the other sports bodies also need to be cleansed. For all the international events only the people who are needed must go with the teams and not all sorts of unwanted people.

SC Sacking both Thakur and Shirke
by starmangroup kpr on Jan 03, 2017 12:54 AM

I am amazed at the intelligence of these two learned persons. Were they blind? Could not they see what was coming ? What was so boldly written on the wall? Height of greed for power I must say. They deserved to be booted. Kudos to the SC.

A very right decision by the Supreme Court. These politicians must be kicked out of all sports organizations. They are destroying sports.

Good riddance to bad rubbish. BCCI authorities thought themselves to be above the law of the land. Hope the SC will take similar action against the other sports federations especially the Indian Olympic Association.

There are people in this country who are highly educated and ruling the country but still do not want to follow verdict of APEX court and these people are from BJP. What more one can say on the matter.

Agree. Anurag Thakur is over smart and he took the decision of the Apex Court very lightly and tried his best to take them for a ride and has ultimately paid the price for his arrogance.
