I am sure COA is well aware that the level of corruption and irregularities are perceived to be much more in all the State level cricket Boards than those at BCCI level.In fact it is at the state level all the corruption take root the way the office bearers manipulate through proxy votes to stay on for the entire life time the way they have rigged the voting system to not allow any new man to make entry as office bearer.For example in regard to DDCA,Crcketers like Bedi,Kirti Azad ....have been constantly bringing out this issue because they are unable to get entry into DDCA.Same is the story with all the state bodies. So COA should not give in or yield even an inch to the state associations in what SC has taken up to reform and cleanse the system.
