this tag is uttterly ridiculous this man is an utter flop in Australia England and SA . Jadeja is also playing an equally important matchwinning role but is being ignored as was poor OZA before him

He is great outside too..
by vinod thota on Feb 15, 2017 09:20 AM

He is still a great player outside India too. He has taken 67 wickets from 16 matches (avg 4/match) and scored 2 centuries and 3 half centuries at an average of 30.46. Its great achievement, which hardly few players did...

Steve Waugh = Mental Disintegration
by himamshu on Feb 15, 2017 08:17 AM

I remember How Steve Waugh used to play Mental Games during his Cricketing Career and this might also be one among them.

Yes - Ashwin is Indeed a Don Bradman of Spin - Until The Wickets assist his Style of Bowling or The BCCI & Former players Advocate & Step in Directly & Purposely Doctor Wickets to Suit Spinners of India From Day 1, Ball Number 1 !!

Had this been the case during the 1990's Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Venkatapathy Raju, Sunil Joshi, Narendra Hirwani, Rajesh Chouhan and others would have Cartloads of Wickets & Glittering Records to show off.

Sir Donald Bradman Never Toured India - For whatever Reasons, But Sir Ravichandran Ashwin will be Forced to Tour Overseas and there we can Differentiate what is going wrong & what is lacking where and how much ??

Till then Enjoy Your Glory Under The Sun !!!!

Don never played in India, Pakistan and SL. Who knows he could have been a damp squib in the turning tracks

Dennis Lillee also was clobbered outside Australia. Let us accept that the home side always has the advantage.

exactly...having agreed to that I must say that if there is ever a Bradman of bowling it has to be Sydney Burnes..Murli is a clear second..others are miles behind.

Do you know anything about cricket ? England, SA , Aus or NZ conditions dont help spinners. They are helpful to fast bowlers only.

It is very unfortunate that instead of graciously acknowledging the praise heaped on Ashwin sit on judgement. We should feel proud that Indians are able to dominate in the world cricket. Be generous whether you like him or not. He is a good all rounder and he continues to be top in the list of bowlers and also in all-rounder category
