India under Gary Kirsten as a Coach and MS Dhoni as a Captain being able to draw the Test Series in South Africa but the same team failed under the coaching of Duncan Fletcher. No one pointed out the Coach and Dhoni was forced to step down as a Captain. Its a responsibility of a Coach to assess the conditions and prepare a training plan and assess the strengths and weaknesses of his team and of the opponent and Gary Kirsten was very good at that and Duncan Fletcher was pathetic and it will be interesting if Ravi Shastri does his job properly as he often blames players for the poor performance and I can see this coming but "he has a point to prove to everyone as a coach"
