You need to groom a wicket keeper and give him more opportunities to improve his game. Keep rotating players and not giving enough opportunities will not motivate them. By persisting with Dhoni and saying others are not good enough, you are only harming the game and players. So many talented wicket keeper batsmen have come up in the recent past yet you have not groomed any of them and given them enough support/confidence and opportunities. No one can deny Dhoni's gifted talent and his achievements. However, you can't keep playing Dhoni for ever by downgrading other players. This obsession should end.
those days are gone of searching wicketkeeper batsman with microscope. today atleast 5-6 men are fighting for dhonis position. nowadays nobody needed to be groomed. they come to indian side only if they world class. thanks to ipl.
