These are retired players who have somehow run out of money. Poor chaps! There are many such players in every country. But can Pakistan present them as international players?

This is exactly what I have stated . These are International since each country have a bunch who have hung their boots. It is for this reason they are presently not naming the players

The team are players who have retired and not the current bunch of players who do not wish to risk.
