When a player is asked to play in a particular position he has to play,he is paid for that and there should not be any comparision & playing style differs from player to player
why indian cricketers need so many overs to start, settle and build up a good innings in one day cricket too. when players of other nation start from over one.

Every team is playing game is different. For example. Rahul dravid plays differently than Shewag. So we cannot tell him to play aggressive game like shewag. Shewag cannot play carefully like dravid. It depends on the players. All fingers are of not same size. Same is the case with players.

My Bigger brother and Younger brother both used to get First Rank. I never used to do well in studies. My father used to hit me with belts, chappals and abuse me like anything but it never worked. I could never ever take first rank. I was always below average. Yes i completed my graduation and post graduation also. But i was never in same league as my brother. Even though we are from one family. Same is the case with players in team. They are having same coach. Same training but they perform very differently. It is very difficult to force or change any player or team to change
