Does not matter for a country which has failed to honour Shimla agreement, or any rule. Let them go wherever they want. India should rather, try regain its complete authority in ICC.
In India BCCI should not allow Pakistan Cricket team to play any type of matches until and unless that country does not stop the infiltration in J&K and should be given in writing from their PM till then no cricket matches of any kind will be permitted within our territory. Not only cricket even Hockey or any other matches also should not be permitted at any cost.
